All Lux items are made to order upon purchase and not readily on hand. It can take up to one month for processing/manufacturing and then shipping.. Upon purchasing you agree to wait for the necessary time required to complete the order. If you purchase an expedited shipping time, It will be shipped to you in that capacity AFTER completion. There is no way to rush the factory.

We recommend selecting your normally worn U.S. size only.

Grayscale's EU sizes are not standard, e.g. EU 36 may not be a size 6.

If there is an item for sale that comes in multiple sizes and the sizes are not listed in options, PLEASE put a note in your checkout stating which size you would like. Otherwise you will be shipped whichever size the factory creates.
